5 दिसंबर 2022 का दिन मेरे और मेरी पत्नी प्रतिभा बौद्ध के लिए अत्यंत गौरवशाली एवं आशीर्वाद से युक्त रहा। दाम्पत्य जीवन प्रारंभ होने के लगभग तीन वर्ष बाद (18 जनवरी 2020 के बाद) परम पावन दलाई लामा जी से आशीर्वाद प्राप्त किया।हालाँकि हिंदी अनुवादक होने के नाते मेरा अक्सर मिलना होता रहा मगर हम दोनों का एक साथ यह प्रथम अवसर था। इससे पहले कोशिश इसलिए नहीं की थी क्योंकि कोरोना काल में मिलना उचित नहीं था। उनका स्वस्थ रहना हम सबकी प्राथमिकता है।
परम पावन जी ने हम दोनों को शादी की बधाई के रूप में तथागत बुद्ध की एक-एक प्रतिमा प्रदान की जो हमारे लिए सबसे अमूल्य एवं महत्वपूर्ण है। आपके दर्शन मात्र से जीवन धन्य हो जाता है तथा बुद्ध शासन के लिए कार्य करने की उर्जा एवं उत्साह मिलता है। आपका आशीर्वाद एवं मार्गदर्शन बना रहे ऐसी अभिलाषा करता हूँ।
प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि परम पावन जी दीर्घायु को प्राप्त हों तथा जगत का कल्याण करते रहें।
The 5th day of December 2022, has been highly glorious and blessed for me and my wife Pratibha Bauddha. We received the blessings of His Holiness the Dalai Lama almost three years after the start of married life (18 January 2020). Although being a Hindi translator, I used to meet often but this was the first time for both of us to get blessings together. Earlier I did not try because it was not appropriate to meet during the pandemic period. The health of His Holiness is our priority for all of us.
His Holiness presented both of us with the statue of Tathagat Buddha as a congratulation on our marriage, which is most priceless and essential to us. Life becomes blessed just by your darshan, giving energy and enthusiasm to work for Buddhism.
I wish that your blessings and guidance continue.
I pray that His Holiness may live long and continue to show the path to get rid of suffering sentient beings.
